Additionally, as a university professor, I am actively engaged in research and doctoral training. I invite you to explore the site and reach out with any questions.

General Therapeutic Approach

My work as a psychologist centers on anxiety and stress, particularly within the context of our multicultural society. I specialize in helping individuals navigate conflicts related to interracial, ethnic, and adolescent/young adult identity, as well as intergenerational relationships, interracial relationships, adoption, and spirituality. These challenges often coexist with struggles in mood regulation, depression, and anxiety, all of which can be effectively addressed through psychological treatment and healthy solutions. Utilizing an integrative clinical approach, I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive, and neuropsychological perspectives, with a strong emphasis on self, identity, and relationships in our diverse and dynamic culture.
